Available for the 2010 summer rental season is a rental that we call "The Summer Suite." It is located in a large barn-style building on our property and is next door to The Even'tide Resort Motel and Cottages in South Wellfleet on Cape Cod, Massachusetts.
Our newly renovated two-room suite has been designed to give you all the comforts of home...and then some. As the former owner/managers of The Even'tide Motel, we know what the Cape Cod vacationer is looking for. The bedroom has a queen-size platform bed, heat and air conditioning, a ceiling fan, 27" cable TV, wireless Internet and a full tiled bath. The large living room has a ceiling fan, a second
heater/air conditioner,
a second cable TV, a loveseat and a kitchen table and
chairs. A long tiled countertop holds
a small refrigerator, microwave oven and coffeemaker.
A set of double doors separates the two rooms. The suite is decorated in a soothing blue nautical theme. There is a private entrance from a small deck which overlooks an area of pine trees and gardens. Free parking is available by the deck. This suite is strictly non-smoking and we ask that you leave your pets at home as they are not allowed on our property. We have direct access to the bicycle trail, and we also provide a map to guide you through a wooded 1-mile hiking trail in the Cape Cod National Seashore Park, bringing you to Marconi Beach. By special arrangement, rental of this suite includes the use of
the 60 foot indoor pool and the playground at The Even'tide
Resort Motel (a short stroll from the suite).
